Hey ladies… we’re excited to announce our next addition to our Common Ground Calendar… our
Monthly Book Club.
Come join us the 1st Thursday of each month from 4:30-6:30 in The War Room in Bear Valley. Each month you will start a new book. You can participate as often as you like.
You’ll need to register and purchase your book each month so that you can commit depending on your interest.
Each meeting we’ll review the previous month’s book and then I’ll give a mini discussion about the new book with an outline. We’ll discuss, fellowship, so much more.
I love to add the audible listening to my books so I can listen as I read along. This is especially fun when the author is also the narrator. You hear the inflection in their voice as they read what they have written. It’s a fun add. Not necessary at all.
You’ll purchase your book before the meetings each month. Each month we will start our new book at our gathering.
In addition, I will be forming a discussion group in the GroupMe app so you’ll need to download that. You will be added to each group you register for. Here we can discuss, pose questions, share what we’re learning, offer our opinion on if we like or dislike the book, etc.
It’s only $5 per month plus the cost of your book. I believe every book on our reading list also offers a Kindle option for you digital readers. I like to hold my books and write in them.
