Our Heavenly Father,
The Psalmist, King David wrote that your law coverts our souls, your testimony makes us wise, your statues rejoice our hearts, and your commandments enlighten us. He also writes that your judgements are true and righteous. Help us to desire them more than riches as you have promised that in keeping them is great reward (Psalm 19).
We thank you for your grace in knowing our frailties, your provision of salvation through Jesus, and your empowerment from the Holy Spirit. May we be a light to a dark world as we walk by faith, with humility, gentleness and patience (Eph 4:1).
In Jesus name, we pray, amen.
