Recovery Wednesday
Good morning Ladies!!
It’s been my experience that while making changes in your life, growth happens when you rely on our Father.
Turning to Him with prayer, scripture and just asking for His help. Trusting in Him and being obedient to His guidance continues growth within yourself and growth in our Lord.
What do you do when you feel like your growth has stalled? That you’re not really feeling or hearing His guidance?
I’ve found that’s the time to dig a little deeper into myself. Checking myself and being honest with myself if I’m truly being obedient to Him.
Often, He puts the answers right in front of you through scripture, issues that pop up, etc.
I’ve found that I have justified those instances and that’s when He makes me wait. Wait until I’ve learned that lesson and set my eyes back where they belong-unto Him.
What’s keeping you from your growth today? What are you justifying?
It’s hard to take a deep look at yourself.
It can be uncomfortable, confusing, and hurtful.
Trust in Him to make the difference that you need to make changes to grow.
Much love Sisters, Robin
James 1:22, 24-25 NIV
[22] Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.
[24] and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. [25] But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do.
