Read Genesis 22,23,24
Dr Bernie Cueto, Southeastern Seminary
Dr Cueto reminds us that God is going to test us. God will ask… “am I enough for you?”
What do we need to do to pass the test?
God develops our intellect, our heart and our character.
Testing always results in surrender. Testing produces steadfastness. Tests reveal where you are. Before God heals, He reveals.
When tests come, will you trust and surrender?
Choose to sacrifice immediately. Your worship will cost you something. We want worship that doesn’t involve sacrifice.
What has God asked you to put a knife to for His call on your life?
What is your Isaac?
God asks you, “am I enough for you?”
God will provide a substitute. Provide is the key word. Jehovah Jireh. God will ask you to do what only He can do. Will you trust Him?
See everything as worship. You need to bring your Isaac to the alter.
