I found this post on Facebook from Purpose Driven Her. This really spoke to me, and I pray it speaks to you as well.
You cannot beg God to heal you and then stay loyal to what’s been killing you.
You can’t pray for peace while entertaining chaos. You can’t ask for a breakthrough while holding tight to the very people and patterns breaking you.
Healing requires separation. Growth requires release. God cannot restore what you keep returning to, and He cannot elevate you while you cling to what wounds you.
At some point, you have to choose your future over your familiar.
Let it go, your healing depends on it.
Psalm 147:3 God is the restorer of what is broken.
In your moments of deepest pain, He is already working to heal, to rebuild, and to make you whole again.
