Good morning Ladies!!
Is pride keeping you from the truth? It keeps us from admitting our shortcomings and mistakes. We’re only kidding ourselves.
Release those lies! Cleanse your soul! Humble yourself and confess your sins! There is such a satisfying relief when you’re able to say them out loud, to another person.
God is faithful – He WILL forgive. Own up to your sins then give them to God! Only by confessing our sins will we be truly set free.
1 John 1:9: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
Find someone that you trust, someone that you’re comfortable with, who doesn’t judge, nor candy coat. Taking that first step to say things out loud is hard.
I don’t know how many times I kept things to myself because of shame. Saying those things out loud opens new doors and gives you a new understanding of God’s grace and forgiveness.
James 5:16: Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
We have a community to tap into to help us grow. Don’t be afraid to reach out to those who can help. I promise you, that the first step is the hardest!
Once you do that, you’d better hold on, God has great things in store for you!!
