Father God, waiting on you to work, to answer our prayers, and to give us direction and insight is hard work. And we are often impatient and lose heart. Yet you tell us to wait on you and to be courageous while we wait. So God, here we wait on you, trusting you to strengthen our hearts. We know you have our best in mind. So we trust you and we patiently wait with great expectation for the work you will do in and through us!
Psalm 27:14 “Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.”
Amen
