Lord, we look to you for refuge in this time of chaos in our land and war throughout the world. We trust in your steadfast love, faithfulness and mercy.
We agree with the Psalmist (117): “Praise the LORD all nations! Extol HIM all people! For great is HIS steadfast love toward us and the faithfulness of the LORD endures forever! Praise the LORD!”
For today’s prayer.
We look to you O God, taking our eyes off our leaders for security, off ourselves for answers and look to you, our creator and sustainer.
In Your Son’s name, Amen.
