Our precious Jehovah Mephalti (our deliverer), we come to you, grateful for your death and resurrection, that delivers us from the penalty for our sin. Thank you for the deliverance you have given to your people in days gone by that exemplifies your character. You gave Israel deliverance from slavery in Egypt, Noah and his family deliverance from the flood, Jonah deliverance from the belly of the giant fish, Jesus deliverance from Satan’s temptation of him in the desert, as well as many many other times of deliverance. We watch expectantly for deliverance from our current trials, and rest in learning the lessons you have for us today. Our hope is in you. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
