Lord, as I look out in my front lawn and see the beautiful blanket of pure white snow I’m reminded of Psalm 51:7 in which David writes, “Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.” I thank you for your Son’s sacrificial death that paid the penalty for our sins, cleansing us who believe, and redeeming us from the scourge of sin. Amen and amen.
