Growing up, life wasn’t always easy. My parents were young, hardworking, and often on different rotation schedules, which made childhood and adolescence a bit of a challenge. They were survivors—doing their best with what they had—but faith wasn’t something that was strongly rooted in our home. There wasn’t a deep love for Jesus or a spiritual foundation that could guide or teach us about God’s love.
But even then, deep in my soul, seeds were being planted.
My grandmother and a very special aunt became the vessels through which God began to show me His love. They were angels in my life—bright, steady lights during crucial seasons. They taught me about who God is and how deeply Jesus loves us. Their love, faith, and example still stay with me to this day.
It’s from them that I get this “do-gooder” spirit—this deep desire to love and serve others unconditionally. I know this is God’s love flowing through me, poured into many. In my career, I’ve always felt that God has led me to roles where I could serve and care for others. He placed me in positions to be a light, a listener, and sometimes simply a shoulder.
Today, I’m truly blessed to be a wife, the mother of two beautiful young ladies, a grandmother of three—with one more on the way, any day now!
I love the Lord with all my heart and feel called to share His love with others. I’m passionate about diving deep into someone’s heart, planting even the smallest mustard seed of hope, love, faith, and sharing with them that every day can be a new day.
Life’s seasons are not always easy. They can be hard, overwhelming, and deeply refining. But in every season—whether strong, healing, or quiet—I’ve seen the reflection of God’s hands holding me. And that is powerful love from our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Romans 10:13
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
